Gamification Academy Training Programs
Beginner
Fundamentals of Gamification (FoG) is a 4-half-days training in which the basics of gamification and the methods, tools, models being used while making a gamification design are explained. First 2-half-days of the training focuses mainly on theory. The second 2-half-days of the training is designed to ensure participants experience how to make a gamification by using GameStorm and GamePlay.
Gamification Awareness Game (GAW) is a half day game. At the end of the participants have an idea about gamification, why to use it and where to use it. This training helps participants to have a common understanding of gamification, to see the similarities in life and games and to understand what is gamification and what is not.
Gamification for HR (GHR) is a customised FoG training for HR professionals and enthusiasts. Gamification is a human centric approach and human resources works on humans. There are several mutual points, so that HR can take advantage of gamification. GHR is designed to explain the basics of gamification, the relationship between gamification and HR and experience how to make a gamification design on an HR case.
Intermediate
Fundamentals of Gamification II (FoG II) is a 4-half-days training which is designed to show examples of gamification designs throughout the history and participants learn player types, player journey and rewarding schedule. The second 2-half-days of the training is designed to ensure participants how to make a gamification design by using GameStorm and GamePlay.
Advanced
Gamification Development (GD) is a 4-half-days training, focused on helping experienced practitioners to improve their abilities for running a gamification design project. The training is on-hand on a sample case for participants to practice.
Gamification Master (GM) is not a real or virtual class training. Practitioners experience gamification design on a real project. The gamification design will be presented to a jury of Gamification Academy authorized trainers. After the design is accepted by the jury, the practitioners achieve Gamification Master (GM) certification.
Programs
Gamification Expert Empowerment Program (GEEP) is a 4 weeks program. There is a training session and homeworks, readings, quizzes every week. GEEP is an extended version of FOG in which participants prepare homeworks, read books and practice between the training sessions. GEEP aims to prepare participants intellectually and practically as a gamification expert.
